Ex1: Present the document. (Date of the document / “Author” of the document / Nature of the document / Source of the document (hint: Y--T----) with complete sentences.

The document was uploaded (téléchargée) on March 17^th 2020. It was published by theGuardian News page, as a news report/video on Youtube.

Ex2: Describe what people do in the video.

People are dancing and they are playing music. Some (quelques) people are singing together on their balconies or they are playing the saxophone. A man is singing opera. Two men are playing tennis through (à travers) their windows. A sports instructor is giving an aerobics class and people are following his class : they are working out on their balcony. People are clapping from their balconies to support doctors, nurses and all the essential workers. People are helping elderly (vieilles/âgées) people.

TRANSCRIPT OF THE VIDEO:

There have been outpourings of solidarity around the globe as people try to help and cheer each other up amid the coronavirus epidemic.

In Italy, people in quarantine have taken to their balconies to lift neighbour's spirits with music and singing. (Agrigento, Sicily / Florence / Roccascalegna / Naples / Naples)

Others have taken up niches sport to pass the time, like playing table tennis 'outdoors' even while in quarantine. And this sports instructor in Spain offered his neighbours a free areobics class.

People have also been thanking medical workers by clapping from their balconies (Madrid, Spain / Athens,Greece / Lisbon, Portugal / Rome, Italy)

Many have also been leaving notes for their neighbours to offer help to the elderly. Notes are popping up across the world, from Bosnia,to Austria and the US.

Ex3: In the transcript of the video ↑↑↑↑↑ :

a. Find (trouve) the verb HAVE. (5 times)

b. Find the verb that follows it.
